As a community brokerage, Landpower is committed to standing united with the local health authorities and the global community in taking all recommended precautions and with that, we have amplified all health and safety measures for our staff and clients.
The office have implemented a temporarily reduced office hours Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 9:30am to 4:00pm and Sunday 10:30am to 3:30pm. This new arrangement will be set for now until further notice. Please enter the office from the rear door with your office fob and sanitize your hands immediately after entry with the disinfectant solution made available.
All sales meetings and training sessions will be cancelled until further notice.
Deposit money can be wired to our account subject to an admin fee:
Funds transferred <$10,000 = $30.00
Funds transferred >$10,000 = $50.00

Prior to any in-person appointment with your clients at the office, you should ask them to complete a pre-screening health questionnaire for record purposes
If you are experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment until you are symptom - free
Enhanced cleaning protocols are also in place with an increase of cleaning products available at the office. Please clean keyboards and table surfaces before and after usage with Lysol wipes provided in at the computer section and meeting rooms.
