Community Day is our flagship annual celebration — a free, family-friendly event that brings people together for a vibrant day of activities and meaningful connections.

It’s our way of saying thank you to the families and neighbours who have trusted us with their most important real estate decisions. More than just an event, Community Day reflects what Landpower stands for — not just real estate, but a true sense of belonging, connection, and community.

Hunger doesn’t take a season off — and neither do we. Landpower organizes ongoing food drives with collection bins placed at our offices, where our agents and team members contribute non-perishable items throughout the year.

Donations are personally delivered by our agents to the Markham Food Bank, ensuring support goes directly to families in need. Every item collected stays within the community it was gathered from — helping neighbours support neighbours in a meaningful way.
