How it Started

Landpower was founded by Stephen Li and his partners, a group of professionals who initially wanted to provide a higher quality of real estate services to immigrants in the early 80’s.

Today, Landpower continues to raise the standard for outstanding brokerage and asset management services. Over the last 29 years we have developed into a fully integrated, multidisciplinary real estate company including, brokerage, asset management and project development.
