Ever-conscientious of her clients' situation, Merisa is a problem-finder, spotting areas of concern before issues arise and guiding her clients to prepare for any given situation. Unique to her visual design expertise, Merisa brings with her a fine-tuned awareness of design and heightened spatial intelligence. Whether she's showing a property or analyzing floorplans, Merisa is able to walk her clients through turning a house into a home that meets their needs.
