Mr. Stephen Li is the Founder and President of Landpower Real Estate Ltd. He began his academic journey in Architecture before earning a degree in Civil Engineering. He commenced his professional career with Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick Consulting Engineers, the British consulting firm acting for the Government of Hong Kong, before returning to Canada in 1987.
Throughout his career, Stephen has played a pivotal role in brokerage management, land acquisition, construction, and project development. His work spans new-home marketing, infill site development, commercial real estate, equity participation, and custom home development, reflecting a commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Real Estate Institute (FRI), a Director of the Chinese Real Estate Professional Society of Ontario, a member of BILD, and a registered builder in the Province of Ontario. He also serves as
Board Director of the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.
