GTA REALTORS® reported 5,946 home sales in April 2026, up 7.0% year-over-year. New listings fell 9.3% while the average selling price came in at $1,051,969, down 4.9% from April 2025.

GTA REALTORS® reported 5,039 home sales in March 2026, up 1.7% year-over-year. New listings fell 16.7% while the average selling price came in at $1,017,796, down 6.7% from March 2025.

GTA REALTORS® reported 3,868 home sales in February 2026, down 6.3% year-over-year. New listings fell 17.7% while the average selling price came in at $1,008,968.

GTA REALTORS® reported 3,082 home sales in January 2026, down 19.3% year-over-year. The average selling price fell to $973,289 — below $1M for the first time since January 2021.
