GTA REALTORS® reported 5,995 home sales in July 2026, down 0.9% year-over-year. New listings fell 17.8% while the average selling price came in at $1,003,956, down 4.5% from July 2025.

GTA REALTORS® reported 6,770 home sales in June 2026, up 9.4% year-over-year. New listings fell 12.9% while the average selling price came in at $1,058,658, down 3.9% from June 2025.

GTA REALTORS® reported 6,583 home sales in May 2026, up 6.3% year-over-year. New listings fell 18.9% while the average selling price came in at $1,069,700, down 4.6% from May 2025.

GTA REALTORS® reported 5,946 home sales in April 2026, up 7.0% year-over-year. New listings fell 9.3% while the average selling price came in at $1,051,969, down 4.9% from April 2025.

GTA REALTORS® reported 5,039 home sales in March 2026, up 1.7% year-over-year. New listings fell 16.7% while the average selling price came in at $1,017,796, down 6.7% from March 2025.
